Psychological Services
Reaching out for help can be scary and challenging. I am very passionate about my clients and I work to create a supportive environment to help build the therapeutic relationship. If you are experiencing distress, I welcome the opportunity to help you overcome the challenges you are facing. I work primarily with individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, and/or body image issues. I also work with clients with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, self-esteem, and transition concerns. I provide comprehensive testing for ADHD for individuals age 18 and up.
Individual Therapy
I aim to provide my clients with a safe and supportive space where they will feel comfortable being their authentic selves. Currently, I offer in-person individual therapy sessions in Bloomington, Indiana on Tuesdays. I offer telehealth sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

The foundation of my therapeutic approach is to journey with others and provide a safe and comfortable setting for emotional expression. I utilize a non-directive integrative approach emphasizing cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal process therapy, and client-centered interventions. I also integrate dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and emotion-focused strategies of change.
Recovery from an eating disorder is not easy but it is worth it! In addition to the evidence-based treatments noted above, I also collaborate with dietitians, physicians, and other providers to help provide the best possible treatment for each client.
ADHD Evaluations
I provide comprehensive testing for ADHD in individuals aged 18 and up. The evaluation process consists of a thorough intake session to gather important details about the client's history and background; administration of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional assessments; scoring, interpretation, and communication of findings and recommendations in a comprehensive report; and a feedback session to go over the results. **Please be aware that engaging in ADHD testing is not a guarantee of an ADHD diagnosis. The intake and feedback sessions are typically conducted via telehealth while the testing session must take place in-person at my Bloomington office.
