
My Story
I am Dr. Amanda Roth, Psy.D., HSPP, Clinical Psychologist and Owner of Nourish2Flourish Psychology LLC. I have worked in the field of psychology since 2017. I have a passion for working with adults struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns. I also enjoy conducting comprehensive ADHD evaluations.

Clinical Experience
I started Nourish2Flourish Psychology, LLC in May 2022 and saw clients on a part-time basis until December 2022 when I transitioned to full-time private practice. I provide individual therapy services to adults 18+ with eating disorders or disordered eating, body image concerns, depression, and anxiety. I also provide comprehensive evaluations for Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) for individuals age 18 and up.
From January to June 2023, I supervised two doctoral psychology interns at Indiana University Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). I worked at CAPS full-time from July to December 2022 as a Staff Psychologist and the COPE Coordinator. I primarily treated individuals with disordered eating, eating disorders, depression, and anxiety and co-facilitated an eating disorder recovery process group.

Postdoctoral Fellowship
My postdoctoral training was at Resolutions Psychological Services, LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana from September 2021 to June 2022. While there, I provided individual therapy services to adults and adolescents with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, body image struggles, and other mental health concerns. I also conducted comprehensive psychological evaluations for ADHD for children and adults.
Predoctoral Internship
I completed my one-year, full-time APA-accredited internship at the University of Notre Dame Counseling Center. During internship, I provided individual and group therapy to undergraduate and graduate students with a variety of presenting concerns, including eating disorders, disordered eating, depression, anxiety, stress, transitions, and substance use.
Practicum Training
I completed two years of supervised practicum at Indiana University Southeast Personal Counseling Services where I treated students with diverse needs including anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, body image struggles, and identity concerns. During my one year of supervised practicum at the Louisville Center for Eating Disorders, I provided individual and group therapy to adults and adolescents with eating disorders at the outpatient and intensive outpatient levels of care. I completed a one-year supervised practicum at Woodview Psychology Group, LLC where I conducted psychological evaluations and provided individual and group therapy services to adults and adolescents.
Clinical Interests & Experiences
A large majority of my clinical experiences have been in university counseling centers, private practices, and outpatient clinic/intensive outpatient programs. My expertise is in treating eating disorders, disordered eating, and body image concerns in adults. My practice at Nourish2Flourish Psychology LLC is devoted to treating these mental health issues as well as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and perfectionism. My practice also conducts comprehensive ADHD assessments in individuals age 18 and up.
